Have you ever heard of a state called runner's high? I ran into the expression recently. Apparently it refers to a kinda like trance a runner gets into when they find that nice pace, got the right music going on and all stress just floats away (simply put). That's how my run today was. Studies even show that the right kind and right paced music can help runners perform better since the good music makes you forget about your pain and keeps you going. What music keeps you running?
