I started the new week with a good decent breakfast. A lot of times I just grab something in a hurry from the fridge. Now that I got my program to the gym from the PT I think I really have to think more about getting a good amount of protein. Good sources of protein are milk, cottage cheese and quark. Since I don't drink milk I enjoy buttermilk, it's a bit thicker than regular milk. I'm also not a coffee person at all but I've tried it a couple of times now that it's possible to get just one cup with the machine.
So my breakfast consisted of quark with peaches and strawberries, rye bread with an egg, a couple of cherry tomatoes, a cup of coffee and some water. What do you guys enjoy for breakfast?
