Oliver's rain outfit

I'm usually against dressing up dogs but since it's such terrible weather outside it's better for little Oliver to be dressed for that. The only other times he gets dressed is when it's freezing cold outside, so the outfits are simply for his well-being and not for looks. Isn't he cute? ;)
