Nice Carnival

Friday was the opening ceremony for the Annual Nice Carnival. It is one of the oldest and most well-known carnivals in the world so I'm really excited to see what these upcoming weeks will bring. Place Massena was filled with people. Everyone was happy and dressed up for the occasion. I myself got really dressed up since afterwards was gonna be my dear friend Helen's birthday celebration. Love you H! ;) There was really some carnival feeling in the air. After the official part with speeches etc. there was a parade and the ceremony ended with some really nice fireworks.
