Cook the potatoes and the fennel. When they're done remove the water and add the salmon and cook it all together. Add the crème fraîche. Season how you like and add lemon juice. Fast and easy.

Experimental cooking
After a long sunny day I met up with Kristin and she was gonna cook me some dinner. Salmon, I love it but just haven't made any here yet. We also bought some artichoke, which turned out to be the experimental part since we either cooked it too little or too much. The mixture we made out of salmon, potatoes, fennel and crème fraîche turned out to be delicious.
