Pumping and a picnic at the beach

This morning was time for my third BodyPump this week. Oh I already love the new edition, it's so effective. Each track is between 3-6min long and the reps during the entire class are about 800. Here are the weights I use for the class


Warm-up: 2*4,5kg
Squats: 2*11kg
Chest: 2*5kg
Back: 2*7,5kg
Triceps: 2*4,5kg and a 5kg extra weight
Biceps: 2*3,5kg
Lunges: 2*7,5kg
Shoulders: 2*3,5kg and 3kg dumbbells
Abs: 5kg

What kind of weights do you guys use?

The afternoon was still sunny so we headed for a little picnic on the beach with Iiris, Kristin and Ariel. It was just beautiful and it is nice how much faster you get a tan here than back home.
